“Well, we just need to take care of the clothes. Does anyone have extra clothes?”

Even though her succubus traits had disappeared, the clothes she was wearing were still rather revealing. The exposed areas were even more than the covered ones. Moreover, all the other clothes she originally had were just as revealing, left behind in the hideout.

Even if I thought about draping a robe over her, unlike us, Lilith wouldn’t have any way to prove her identity. They’d definitely check for armaments just as a minimal form of identity verification and would certainly remove the robe.

I took out an outfit from my backpack and handed it to Lilith. Without a hint of shyness, she stripped right in the open fields and changed into my clothes. For some reason, Lilith showed an oddly enthusiastic response at the mention of the Master-Servant Mark, leaving me completely flustered.

After returning to the village, the others decided to act separately to find lodging, and I took Lilith with me to a clothing store first. Even though there was no immediate reason to snatch my own clothes away, Lilith would obviously need several outfits as a girl.

“Shall we start by going in here? You might end up homeless out there, so make sure to shop generously.”

“Yes!”

Since the first place we discovered was an underwear store, I decided to start by selecting underwear as we entered.

Thinking back to my previous life, a considerable amount of time had passed since my transformation, yet I still felt awkward every time I came to buy women’s underwear, so I let her choose for herself.

Lilith, wandering around the store as if seeing something amazing, soon returned with a handful of underwear.

“Why did you come back with just a bunch of underwear? We still need to buy clothes later.”

“Huh? Didn’t we come here to buy clothes?”

I didn’t know if it was because she was still young or if all succubi were the same, but I realized I’d need to teach her the basics when I had the chance. “Enough already, just pick out a few of your favorites from this and return the rest to their original spot.”

Even though she knew perfectly well I could hear her, Lilith pouted and returned the majority of the underwear. However, the pout on her lips vanished the moment she stepped into the adjacent store to buy real clothes.

Lilith again joyfully roamed around the inside of the shop. Whenever she saw something she liked, she brought it straight to me to ask my opinion, and she looked really pleased. Of course, seeing her happy made me smile too, no way around it.

But, since all the clothes she brought back were once again as revealing as the previous succubus clothes, I sent her back to choose again, requesting a decent outfit.

“Do you really like it that much?”

“Yes! The clothes I’ve worn so far were nice, but this new outfit is super pretty! It means a lot since you picked it out and bought it for me.”

In the end, Lilith picked out nothing but revealing clothes. So, the outfits she bought were garments I had selected for her. I purchased a few outfits that reflected Lilith’s taste—appropriate exposure, but not too much, while also being functional.

“Welcome… Oh, it’s just a young lady.”

Finding the lodging that Frecia had arranged was not difficult. Since it was in a city where we had briefly stayed before embarking on our mission to capture the Four Heavenly Kings, there was no need to switch to a different inn.

Perhaps because only a few days had passed, the innkeeper recognized my face and greeted me.

“Hello there.”

“Looks like you’ve changed your woman in just a few days. Young lady, mind sharing your secret with this old guy?”

Leaving the innkeeper, who laughed and patted his belly, I made my way to the room. Inside, Luna was already lying in bed with Tokki, while Frecia was enjoying tea prepared by Gomtaengi.

“Luna! You were supposed to wash and change clothes when you got back, then lie down in bed, right?!”

“Heeek…”

Picking up the rolling Luna from the bed, I unceremoniously tossed her into the shower. Tokki, who had accidentally found himself thrown into the shower with her, struggled in vain to escape Luna’s grip.

“Huh? You haven’t returned yet? Aren’t you busy?”

Then I noticed Lindy, who was already changed and sitting on another bed, unlike Luna.

“You didn’t forget our promise to go on a date, did you?”

“Just kidding, just kidding. Since today is already winding down, it’s fine for now. Let’s go tomorrow.”

Having done enough to provoke Lindy in the past, all it took was a lighthearted joke to make her react sensitively. However, seeing Lindy’s joyful expression upon receiving a date invitation, I was reminded of how she rushed back having taken care of her busy schedule all in one day; there was no way I could have forgotten our promise. I’d already informed Frecia and Luna, delaying the plans by a day.

Lindy relaxed her stiff expression upon hearing my joke and once again wore a bright smile.

Now I just have to worry about how to allocate the beds between Lindy and Lilith.
